1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIGoGo.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
AIGoGo.ai provides an AI-powered platform that helps users develop, build, and launch business ventures. The Service includes workflow automation tools, AI-generated business planning, brand development assistance, and related features. The Service is currently in early access and features may change without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13.
4. User Accounts & Waitlist
When you join our waitlist or register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at office@aigogo.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems; (e) engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to AIGoGo.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, plans, copy, and other outputs. Such outputs are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and using any AI-generated content. AIGoGo.ai makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AIGoGo.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information obtained from AIGoGo.ai shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIGoGo.ai and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
